Although CJC, Inc. maintains a an extensive inventory, many times there are circumstances where orders placed ahead of yours can produce shortages, or even render an item completely sold out. If this happens, you will be billed only for the items shipped. You may include 2nd choices in the "Special instructions/comments (if any):" section during checkout.

Back orders on supplies will be sent when the items become available. Back orders on coins will be filled only by special request.

Your online invoice and the email that states that your order was received are acknowledgments of your order only. These are not confirmation that the items you have ordered will be shipped. 

• All coins graded according to ANA standards, but more importantly must meet YOUR STANDARDS.

• Due to market volatility, all prices are subject to change and may be subject to prior sale, on items that have limited availability. Credit Cards not accepted on Gold items.
  Discounts, Specials or Free Bonuses that are abused may be removed or deleted at our discretion.

• We Strive to maintain the lowest prices on the internet. And in order to do that we'll accept up to $200 on credit card or paypal and the balance is due on check or money order. This will qualify you for free shippping.

• Title to each item remains the property of CJC, Inc. until payment has been received, and accepted. Title will then transfer when we deposit the package with the U.S. Postal System. Insurance is not a requirement of purchase, but we very highly recommend that it be obtained. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage once placed in the control of the U.S. Postal System. Any claims for loss or damage must be made by the purchaser who's responsibility it rest with. We will make all reasonable efforts to assist the purchaser with their claim. We may contact customers by e-mail or postal mail to inform them of upcoming specials or offers.  To be removed simply reply to the first contact with REMOVE in the subject line.

• For credit card purchases we will only send merchandise to the exact name and billing address on the credit card. If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than the billing address, the credit card companies have provided a secondary or alternate address that can be added to the credit card information. Please have that address added to your credit card by calling your credit card company. We will not process any order for credit cards issued outside of the U.S.

• California residents please add 7.75% sales tax. Orders over $1,000.00 are exempt from sales tax.

• Payment by PayPal, credit card, check or money order. Personal checks must clear, Money orders shipped immediately.  If check or Credit Card bounces, there will be a $15.00 service/processing charge.

• All Gold, Silver Bullion and Coins are subject to Daily Market Fluctuations, Price Updates and Changes.
